How do I list my property?
Sign up as a property owner, complete your profile, and click "Add Property" to start listing your space. Our team will review and approve your listing within 24-48 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money payments. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
When will I receive my payout?
Payouts are processed within 24 hours after guest check-out. It may take 2-5 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
How do I modify a booking?
Log in to your account, go to "My Bookings," and select the booking you'd like to modify. Changes are subject to availability and property policies.
